Washington, DC – Monday night, Nov. 20th Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) will host a town hall meeting on the Republican tax plan. Since coming to Congress in January 2015, Mark has hosted 50 town halls and mobile district office hours throughout Contra Costa County.

Are there any more meetings. I was out of town. I don’t understand how eliminating the Federal deductions for my state and local taxes will be a tax reduction. I will pay more taxes. It seems like a logical conclusion. Even though I make a good wage, I am still struggling in CA and can use any break I can get.
None of this is very logical.
Would love to understand why this bill will be a tax reduction and I will have enough money to put back into the economy.
