Tonight’s Attempt at a Getaway: 0/10 Stars

On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at approximately 8:40 p.m., officers attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle that was missing one important accessory: license plates.

As soon as the rider spotted the officer, he decided to test his luck and accelerated away. Unfortunately, while attempting to pass another vehicle, he failed to notice the center median and introduced himself to it rather abruptly.

Spoiler alert: he did not get away.

During a search, officers located approximately 108 grams of methamphetamine. The rider was treated for minor injuries and received a complimentary ride in an ambulance.

As for the motorcycle… let’s just say it took the collision a little harder than its rider did.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent post and the tone of the comments following the news of the motorcycle crash.
It was actually NOT minor injures , he almost didnt make it.
While I understand there are strong feelings regarding the circumstances involving drugs there are far worse things in the world we dont know his story so the use of sarcastic jokes and puns to describe a nearly fatal accident is disheartening. Regardless of the details of the situation, the individual involved is still a human being who has suffered a serious trauma.

I believe we can have a productive discussion about the issues at hand without losing sight of the basic empathy and respect that should be afforded to anyone in a life-threatening situation.

That is still someone’s son! The police is poking fun and that isn’t professional or cool AT ALL

He wanted to get away. No one was hurt but himself. Hurt for life. You ever do something wrong. You all know what happens if you try to get away… You get your ass beaten. He paid with losing his spleen, having his chest cracked open from belly to neck, knee and arm broke collapsed lung. It’s a shame but shame on the fool that wrote the heartless article like it was alright to smirk and be pompous when a person is maimed for life.

Yes, he is still in ICU awaiting another surgery. He’s been clinging to life since he crashed. But your reporting is so poor to try to be a funny guy you need a taste of humanity and find a job that suits you.

Your comments are now visible. Apologies for the delay.
But why are you using three different first names for your comments? Christian, then Charles and now, George?
